The Embassy of Italy in Côte d’Ivoire invites all Italian citizens residing in the country to verify and update their contact details (telephone numbers and email addresses).
To this end, we encourage you to consult the procedures outlined on the page dedicated to services for Italian citizens on the Embassy’s website, which are also summarized below for convenience:
- Italian nationals registered in AIRE may update their personal data directly via the Fast-IT Portal, or, in case of technical issues, by sending an email to: consolare.abidjan@esteri.it
- Italian citizens not registered in AIRE and temporarily present in Côte d’Ivoire, regardless of the reason for travel (tourism, work, study, etc.), are strongly encouraged to register their presence via the “Dove Siamo nel Mondo” portal (or through the “Viaggiare Sicuri” App), managed by the Crisis Unit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and also by sending an email to the Consular Office at: consolare.abidjan@esteri.it, providing the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Current Location
- Institution or Office (if applicable)
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Additional relevant details
- Landline, Fax, or Satellite Number (if available)
- Category: “Other temporary presence”
- Expected Departure Date
