These courses may be organized by Italian universities, public institutions, or recognized private entities, provided that the training offer is clear, structured, and properly documented. In many cases, institutions require formal pre\u2011enrolment (usually through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.universitaly.it\/orientamento-universitario\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universitaly<\/a> portal).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Article 44\u2011bis, paragraph 2, letter a) of Presidential Decree 394\/1999 remains applicable, requiring that the course be of an <strong>advanced level<\/strong>, <strong>full\u2011time<\/strong>, and of a <strong>defined duration<\/strong>. It must also be verified that the courses to be taken in Italy are <strong>consistent with the student\u2019s previous education in the country of origin<\/strong> and that the student has <strong>adequate financial means<\/strong> to support themselves during their stay.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What documentation is required?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To obtain the visa, the applicant must submit, in addition to the duly completed and signed application form, a valid travel document and passport photos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Documentation confirming enrolment in the language course<\/strong> to be attended (indicating duration, programme, qualification awarded, etc.);<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Documentation relating to the education and training acquired in the country of origin<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Round\u2011trip travel ticket<\/strong> (or <strong>booking<\/strong>);<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Proof of sufficient financial means<\/strong> for the requested period of stay, not lower than the parameters set out in \u201c<strong>Table A<\/strong>\u201d of the <strong>Directive of the Ministry of the Interior of 1 March 2000<\/strong>. For this purpose, <strong>bank statements<\/strong> and <strong>payslips<\/strong> \u2014 personal or of the applicant\u2019s parents \u2014 for the <strong>previous 6 months<\/strong> must be submitted.
